ABOUT THE TEAM

The People’s Bike Team was formed in 2009 by Mark Cubbon with a view to helping up and coming riders who have a specific interest in competing at the Isle Of Man TT. These riders are deemed to be those who would benefit from having a dedicated group of people who can support them through their first or second year as a TT competitor. The team has evolved over time but continues to be ever present in the TT paddock and now also competes at the Southern 100 and Manx Grand Prix

ASSIST WITH SUPPORTING THE RIDERS

We offer a selection of affordable sponsorship packages to suit most pockets, the money raised from these then go towards the funding of our riders for each of the events we attend, Isle of Man TT, Southern 100 and Manx Grand Prix.

The aim of this project is to take a Newcomer to the Manx Grand Prix specifically and to provide them with the support, guidance and stability that we can offer as an established team. Mark Cubbon (Cubbo)

Team Owner & Founder

2009 to Present

Cubbo has over 25 years experience in International Karting, Rallying & Motorcycle Racing & is passionate about helping to support young, up and coming riders

Carol Stevens

Team Accountant

2018 to Present

Wife of Cubbo and a qualified Accountant, Carol’s business acumen ensures that the team always operates on a sound financial footing

Janice Thompson

Team Admin Expert

2012 to Present

Janice takes care of all our team admin and support duties, she has over 15 years experience in both short circuit and road racing teams and is our organisational expert
